Blizzard has announced the World of Warcraft Community Council, a new way for players to engage with Developers to provide feedback and personal experiences to the team and a closed group of other members.

This new initiative is intended to facilitate communication with players of all stripes, gathering “more detailed feedback on all aspects of World of Warcraft from players around the world with a wide range of backgrounds and interests”.

Submissions to the council will be available for any player interested in contributing. The application process will involve sharing areas of interest and experience, whether it’s raiding, playing alts, completing achievements, or collecting transmog.

One of these factor is regular in MMORPGs, with one outstanding instance being EVE Online’s Council of Stellar Management. Blizzard is aiming to create a participant council the place the crew can get direct suggestions from gamers on a variety of subjects to assist make WoW and the group higher over time.
